Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 03, 2026

1. The "Fair Use" Threshold (Closing the Loophole)

To prevent users from extracting our proprietary simulation logic/data and then requesting a refund, eligibility is strictly tied to usage. A refund is automatically VOID if any of the following "Thresholds" are met:

  • Campaign Creation: More than 2 simulated campaigns have been drafted.
  • Time on Platform: Total logged-in time exceeds 45 minutes.
  • Data Export: Any simulation reports or performance data have been downloaded or exported as a PDF/CSV.
  • AI Consultant Use: More than 5 queries have been sent to the "AI Performance Assistant."

2. The 7-Day "Cooling Off" Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.

Requests made on the 8th day or later will be rejected without exception.

3. The "Zero Out-of-Pocket" Fee (10% Deduction)

Every transaction costs money in payment gateway fees (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.). To ensure the company doesn't lose money on your behalf:

All approved refunds will be processed minus a 10% Administrative & Transaction Fee.

Example: If a user pays ₹1,000, they will receive ₹900. By purchasing, the user agrees to cover these non-refundable third-party costs.

4. B2B / Institutional Licenses (No Partial Refunds)

For Digital Marketing Institutes and Agencies:

  • Final Sale: All B2B sales are final once the "Institute Admin Dashboard" has been accessed or the first student seat has been assigned.
  • No Partial Refunds: If you buy 50 seats and only use 30, we do not refund the remaining 20. Seats are valid for the duration of the billing cycle only.

5. Subscription & Auto-Renewals

Important policies regarding subscription management:

  • Self-Service Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the "Billing" tab.
  • Renewal Notice: MockBid is not responsible for "forgotten" renewals. It is the user's responsibility to cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
  • Refunds on Renewals: No refunds are provided for automatic renewals unless a technical error on our side is proven.

6. The Chargeback "Blacklist" Policy

Filing a "Dispute" or "Chargeback" with a bank instead of contacting our support team will result in an immediate and permanent ban of the user's account and the "Blacklisting" of their IP and Email from all future MockBid services.

We will provide the bank with your Login Logs and Usage Data as evidence that the service was provided.

7. How to Request (The Formal Process)

Refunds are not automated (to prevent accidental loss of revenue).

  3. 3Our team will audit your usage logs (as per Section 1) and respond within 3-5 business days.
